JivDaya Foundation – Private Charitable Organization which is run by former IACA President, Dr Vinay Jain and his wife Kanika Jain. IACA is fortunate that even though Dr Jain is no longer our leader, he is still very much involved and passionate about the work that IACA is striving to accomplish and with his family foundation helping to make a true difference.
Jiv Daya Foundation has been a unique organization ever since its inception in 2002 by Dr. Vinay Jain and his wife, Kanika. Jiv Daya is based on the teachings of Jainism and means “Compassion for all living beings”. Maintaining a focus on our primary objective – improving quality of life for those most in need – we go above and beyond in assisting our grantees. We give targeted, specific grants to areas where a measurable impact can be made. While there are any number of foundations that participate in grant giving, Jiv Daya stands out as an organization which maintains a constant, close relationship with our grant recipients. We stay actively involved to ensure the successful implementation of the funds to deliver maximum benefit to the recipients and their efforts. We encourage our grantees to submit regular progress reports, in order to encourage and advise the staff we support, and to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the situations on the ground.
